STC is a Shopify Premier Partner with ~150 people across Noida and Bengaluru. We build, migrate and optimise Shopify/Shopify Plus stores for leading brands and also build Shopify apps.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager – Client Delivery who can combine project coordination with conversion analysis. You’ll work on Shopify/D2C stores, support CRO initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, track project deliverables, and ensure actionable items are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze funnels using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Clarity & Hotjar - Review heatmaps/session recordings and identify conversion issues - Create CRO hypotheses and support A/B testing - Conduct storefront audits across PDP, cart, checkout & mobile - Track sprints, timelines, action items and project documentation - Coordinate with Development, QA, Design and clients - Support UAT, bug tracking and monthly CRO reporting - Assist PM/Delivery Manager with client calls and project updates - Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables - Track project dependencies, blockers and pending action items - Maintain project trackers, meeting notes and regular status updates - Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution - Escalate delivery risks, delays and blockers to the PM/Delivery Manager

- Strong project coordination and organisational skills - Strong numerical and analytical thinking - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong follow-up and ownership skills - Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and clients - Genuine curiosity about why customers buy or drop off - Ability to manage timelines, priorities and multiple deliverables - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - Exposure to GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, GTM, Shopify or ecommerce is a plus - Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello or similar is a plus - Coding/CRO certification is not required
