Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives (P4)

As the Senior Advisor, Strategic Growth Initiatives, you will help Mass Market Fundraising & Supporter Engagement (MMF) translate strategic priorities into measurable results. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve fundraising performance, supporter experience, and operational effectiveness, while identifying technology, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities that strengthen decision-making and efficiency. You will bring strong project management, change leadership, and analytical problem-solving to help teams clarify decisions, improve processes, resolve data and planning issues, and deliver sustainable outcomes. Working across MMF and its partners, you will help leadership focus resources on the highest-value opportunities and move priority work forward.
