Hands-on experience supporting MRO categories such as industrial supplies, spare parts, tooling, electrical, mechanical, safety, facilities, or related plant requirements. Proven experience in end-to-end sourcing, including RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, negotiation support, award recommendation, savings calculation, and implementation. Experience executing sourcing events through Jaggaer, ASO, Ariba, Coupa, or an equivalent eSourcing platform. Strong experience in spend analysis, supplier consolidation, preferred-supplier programs, tail-spend rationalization, and price-increase assessment. Working knowledge of contracts, commercial terms, discount structures, payment terms, PO management, and supplier-performance improvement. Experience working with SAP procurement transactions, price and payment-term implementation, PIR processes, and ServiceNow requests. Strong analytical, communication, project-management, stakeholder-management, and supplier-negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA / PGDM is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, data analytics, and procurement systems. Experience supporting global or multi-plant stakeholders and working within a matrix organization.
