Senior Vice President, Recycling

The Senior Vice President, Recycling & Sustainability owns the profitability, productivity, and long-term competitive position of Rumpke's recycling business. The role converts inbound material into commodity value at the lowest sustainable cost per ton, and translates Rumpke's environmental performance into commercial advantage. Reporting to the CEO & President and serving on the senior leadership team, the SVP owns the Recycling & Sustainability P&L, the Material Recovery Facility network and its capital plan, commodity marketing and price risk strategy, and the company's enterprise sustainability and ESG agenda. The role is accountable for the safety of every employee in the recycling organization.
