Customer Service Mgr

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the functions of customer service, technical support & applications engineering. this role is responsible for the inside sales teams of both H&H brands (Hansen Technologies & Hardy Process Solutions). The primary responsibility of this role is to grow & maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring the team provides problem solutions, along with timely & quality responses that creates a top-performing customer service experience. This role is responsible for developing talent & processes in order to improve the customer experience related to quoting, order entry, internal & external customer communications and relations, technical & applications support, complaints and returns and any other inside sales-related activities.
