Engineering Co-op

CIVCO offers opportunities for Engineering students to gain experience in 2027 in Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Design. Our Engineering Co-ops are responsible for assisting with the engineering work of their assigned department and coordinating with all departments to ensure smooth production startup. • Design Co-op assists in designing and managing projects in the area of product development with a focus on line extensions with design engineer supervision. • Quality Co-op assists in supporting sustainment activities and provides support by investigating production or process issues. • Manufacturing Co-op assists in manufacturing with new product development projects and process improvement initiatives.

These positions will be located onsite at our facility in Coralville, IA.
