- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities - Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions - Design and implement tailored strategies and business models - Lead project workstreams and deliver high-quality deliverables on time - Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence - Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice - Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Adapt quickly to different industries and business environments

- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach - Strong business acumen and industry insights - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation - Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) - Outstanding project management and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Commitment to excellence and continuous learning - Strong research and report writing abilities - Adaptability to different industries and client needs - Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
