Director of Investor Relations

RBC Bearings is seeking a strategic, highly analytical, and market-facing Director of Investor Relations to lead the Company's engagement with the investment community and further strengthen RBC's position among institutional investors, shareholders, and equity research analysts. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will serve as the primary liaison between RBC Bearings and the investment community. The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for shaping and communicating the Company's investment thesis, delivering clear and consistent messaging, and helping investors understand RBC's long-term growth strategy, financial performance, and value creation initiatives.
