CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver – Chicago, IL

Earn $1,200–$1,400 per week hauling intermodal freight from the Chicago area across Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, and Indiana. Enjoy daily home time, day or night shift opportunities, and a mix of drop-and-hook, live-load, and live-unload operations.

- Weekly Pay Range: $1,200–$1,400 - No sign-on bonus offered - No short-haul pay - No stop pay

Job Details

- Dedicated intermodal container freight - Runs throughout Chicago and surrounding areas of WI, MI, IA, and IN - Mix of drop-and-hook, live loads, and live unloads - Heavy drop-and-hook activity at night - Out-of-state runs while returning home daily - Be prepared for Chicago-area traffic

- Home Daily - Day and night shifts available - Work on scheduled days - Confirm assigned start times and weekly schedule during hiring

Job Requirements

- Valid Class A CDL - First-seat, experienced drivers required - Clean driving record - Valid DOT Medical Card - No SAP drivers
