Job Details

- Dedicated local intermodal container operation - Routes throughout the Inland Empire and Los Angeles area - Operate from five intermodal ramps serving Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, and Bloomington - Some runs travel north through the Grapevine to the Shafter and Lebec areas - Average 1,500 miles per week - Combination of drop-and-hook, live loads, live unloads, and preloaded freight - No driver-assist unloading - Slip-seat operation; trucks are parked at the San Bernardino yard - Auto-dispatch account; drivers do not choose their routes - Northern deliveries and pickups are mandatory when assigned

Job Requirements

- Valid Class A CDL - Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience - Clean driving record - Valid DOT Medical Card - No SAP drivers - Must be comfortable operating intermodal containers secured on chassis - Must be available for the assigned night schedule and required routes - Must be able to work within the applicable driving and duty-hour limits
