Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

📌 Position: Porter

📍 Location: Grand Reserve Apartments, Tampa, FL

🕗 Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

🔧 Responsibilities

- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings - Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly - Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude - Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management - Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents - Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

✅ Qualifications

Education

◦ High school diploma or GED required

Experience

- 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred - Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skills and Certifications

- Valid Driver's License required
