Renew Mental Health is a busy, growing outpatient practice serving Northeast Arkansas. We’ve built a strong referral base, so our therapists don’t have to worry about finding clients — your schedule will fill.

We try to keep things simple: give you the tools, support you need, and let you do your job without a bunch of micromanaging.

What This Role Looks Like

This is an outpatient therapy position working with a mix of in-person and telehealth clients (your preference matters here).

You’ll have the ability to build your caseload in a way that works for you, while still having consistency and support from our team.

Compensation

- Per-session (based on CPT codes)

Day-to-Day

- Provide individual therapy sessions (primarily outpatient)

- Maintain timely and accurate documentation

- Manage your caseload and schedule

- Collaborate with providers when needed for patient care

What We’re Looking For

- LCSW or LPC

- Comfortable in an outpatient setting

- Dependable and organized

- Someone who wants to build and maintain a steady caseload
