(Senior) FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)

About your tasks:

- Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology / IT organization. - Analyze costs, investments and financial performance, identify key developments, variances, risks, and opportunities. - Prepare management reporting and translate financial data into clear insights for Finance and Technology stakeholders. - Support the development and evaluation of business cases and investment decisions through relevant financial analyses. - Support accurate financial treatment of Technology costs, including CapEx and OpEx classification. - Contribute to improving and automating FP&A processes, reporting and cost transparency using AI.

About You:

- Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Controlling. - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and large datasets. - AI-first mindset, always asking the question: “can I solve it with AI?” - Strong interest in Technology, digital business models and/or eCommerce; experience with business cases or investment analysis is a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial analyses into clear, actionable insights. - Proactive, ambitious, curious, and comfortable working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
