Director Facility Europe (m/w/d) in Sevenum (near Venlo)

About your Tasks:

- Develop and implement a future-oriented European Facility Management strategy that supports business growth, operational resilience, and sustainability - Lead and further develop our international Facility Management organization, empowering local teams while creating clear governance structures and accountability - Ensure efficient and compliant operations across our logistics sites, warehouses, headquarters, and office locations - Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Technical Engineering function, ensuring alignment with business priorities - Manage and optimize a multi-million-euro budget (CAPEX & OPEX), driving financial transparency, vendor performance, and long-term investment planning - Establish meaningful KPIs, reporting standards, and governance frameworks to continuously improve performance across all locations - Act as a trusted business partner for senior stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and Executive Management

About You:

- At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management, ideally within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environments - Proven experience in a strategic leadership position with responsibility for multiple international locations - Strong track record in leading large teams and developing high-performing organizations - Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes - A structured and strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable processes and governance - Willingness and ability to travel regularly across European sites and be on site in Sevenum - Fluent English is essential; German or Dutch is considered a strong advantage
