HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities : Source and attract top talent for lateral hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates. Ensure timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Job Requirements : 0-2 year of experience in HR or related field (preferably in talent acquisition). Strong understanding of lateral hiring processes and techniques. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders. Proficiency in using various tools/platforms for talent sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
