Director – Operations

SUMMARY Oversees directly through direct reports, all Region activities including but not limited to, operations, strategic planning, financials, sales, safety, equipment, and personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Advises and coordinates operations and administrative managers to facilitate problem resolution • Plans fixed asset requirements, creates the capital budget, and initiates and approves AFESs • Reviews and approves various transactions in accordance with approval authority tables and other company policies and procedures • Reviews financial reports to develop strategies for managing financial performance of the region • Leads the region's efforts at managing safety and environmental exposure • Advises Field Operators, Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers overseeing operations • Assures effective implementation of Basics to Success and oversees audits of effectiveness • Communicates with various corporate departments on issues of concern for the region • Performs other duties as assigned • Must be able to travel monthly 50 - 60%

REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Required: • Bacherlor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years' experience in a manager/supervisor position • Knowledge of oilfield/field operations and equipment • Intermediate to strong computer skills • Strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with inside and outside contacts • Ability to multi-task and work in a high stress environment Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree • Knowledge of and experience in the well servicing or related oil and gas environment; Knowledge and experience in DOT regulations • Ability to analyze and assess financial reports • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

COMPUTER ▪ Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Skype) ▪ Comfortable with computer applications in general
