Job Description Production Engineer Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Shift-Based) About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented production Engineers to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in quality assurance and production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Quality Engineering Perform Incoming Material Inspection to ensure materials meet quality standards. Conduct In-Process Inspection during production to identify and resolve quality issues. Carry out Final Inspection before product dispatch to ensure compliance with customer specifications. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and other production documentation. Investigate, analyze, and assist in resolving customer complaints through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Production Engineering Support daily production activities to achieve production targets. Participate in New Product Development (NPD) activities, including process validation and production readiness. Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Requirements B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 0–2 years of experience in Quality or Production Engineering. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques. Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
