The soon-to-open Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro located in the new AC Hotel McKinney is now accepting resumes for the position of Lead Line Cook.
We are seeking an excellent lean line cook that will follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
