POC - Supplier Onboarding

Procurement Operations - Supplier Pre-qual and onboarding

- Possess a good understanding of the Procurement process, and how to use data for decision making.

- Level 1 support to global end users for Oracle Cloud Procurement onboarding and Coupa Pre-qual events.

- Ability to act as liaison among Sourcing teams and Suppliers who will be invited to participate to a sourcing event.

- Manage sourcing events, gather supplier requirements in accordance with the defined intake and specifications, and coordinate decisions with Sourcing Managers.

- Onboard supplier into onsemi systems/vendor master.

- System expertise in resolving onboarding issues, ability to troubleshoot system logic/functionality and its potential impact to downstream process - PR, PO, Invoice and Payments.

- Ensure system accuracy, including parameter set-up compliance

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or business course

- With at least 4 years work experience of Supply Chain background.

- Knowledge of Purchasing systems and processes – preferably with Oracle Cloud Procurement experience, Coupa system knowhow is a plus.

- Above average English communication skills

- Demonstrated analytical skills, expert excel skills

- Microsoft Office proficient

- Willing to work on shifting schedule - Night shift, Mid-shift
