Slitter Operator/Setup

United Performance Metals is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our Wallingford, CT operation. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and supporting production equipment used to process precision metal products, including the rolling mill, winder, annealing furnace, and slitter. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.
