Production Team Lead/ Unit Coordinator C - 2nd Shift

Shift Supervisor / Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift NSK is seeking a Shift Supervisor / Production Team Lead to work 2nd Shift and fill the Unit Coordinator C position at our Hub plant in Franklin, IN.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate team efforts toward meeting safety, quality, production, and cost goals. This position will serve as the primary person responsible for coordinating and supporting all line or shift activity. Lead team members by embracing the principles of lean manufacturing and 5s standardization.
