- Responsibilities

- Acts as the liaison between kitchen and service staff

- Ensures food is delivered quickly and accurately to members

- Maintains detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation styles, portions, and plating

- Ensures all orders are made according to members preferences & dietary needs

- Communicate needs of members and guests to appropriate service staff or management

- Memorizes all sections within the dining rooms, table numbers, and seat numbers associated with those tables

- Responsible for keeping work area fully stocked and prepped both before and after service

- Monitor work areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
