IT Application Analyst - Warehouse Systems

Support and troubleshoot warehouse management and logistics applications Investigate application issues, analyse data and logs, and identify root causes Develop and maintain Progress ABL solutions, reports, interfaces, and utilities Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting Partner with business stakeholders to deliver practical system improvements Support WMS, ERP, automation/MHE, and external system integrations Perform SQL-based data analysis, testing, deployments, and documentation Collaborate with operations, IT teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements Monitor application performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
