About the role
About the project
The project treats laboratory software in applications that cover instrument communication, data archiving, device-event processing, forecasting and configuration interfaces.
The environment combines .NET 10 and .NET Framework 4.8, Angular and Razor Pages, SQLite, RabbitMQ and containerized services.
Responsibilities
- Develop maintainable C#/.NET services, REST APIs and web applications. - Implement instrument communication, message processing, data archiving and scheduled background workflows. - Develop user interfaces using Angular/TypeScript and ASP.NET Core Razor Pages. - Implement data access using SQLite and Entity Framework Core, and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ. - Support containerized deployment, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. - Contribute to AI/LLM integrations, agent workflows, technical design and continuous improvement.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core and REST APIs. - Solid experience with Angular and TypeScript. - Experience with SQL databases and Entity Framework Core. - Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including containerized application deployment, configuration and troubleshooting. - Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities and AI agents, including API/tool integration, agent workflows and prompt-based interactions. - Experience with automated testing, Git and CI/CD, preferably Azure DevOps. - Ability to work independently in an Agile environment, understand existing architectures and troubleshoot complex issues. - Professional-level English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Razor Pages, JavaScript and jQuery. - Knowledge of RabbitMQ, event-driven systems and Quartz.NET. - Experience with .NET Framework 4.8, Windows services, TCP/IP sockets and asynchronous programming. - Knowledge of HL7 or experience in medical/laboratory software. - Familiarity with MediatR, FluentValidation, Refit and Polly. - Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications or migrating MongoDB data to SQLite. - Familiarity with Cake, SonarQube and SBOM generation.
Project benefits
- Work on software supporting laboratory diagnostics - A varied technical environment spanning modern .NET services and established applications.
