Acura of Highland Park is growing, and we’re looking for bilingual sales professionals who know how to connect with people, build trust, and turn conversations into sales.

If you have experience in retail sales, luxury goods, furniture, electronics, fitness, hospitality sales, or another sales-driven environment, we want to hear from you.

We’ll teach you the automotive business. You bring the sales skills, drive, and personality.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.

- Present new Acura models and quality pre-owned vehicles with confidence.

- Build relationships, follow up with prospects, and turn opportunities into sales.

- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

- Work closely with experienced sales managers who will help you develop your skills and close deals.

- Build a customer base that generates repeat business and referrals.

- Use dealership technology and CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous sales experience is required. Automotive sales experience is not required.

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, or another language that helps us serve our diverse customer base.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

- A competitive mindset and motivation to earn based on performance.

- Professionalism, reliability, and a coachable attitude.

- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
