Job Title: Folding Operator Base Location: Drogheda Reporting To: Shift Manager Deputy: Production Manager

Job Summary: The successful candidate will set up, adjust, and run the folding machine in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards while maintaining personal safety in accordance with company policies and procedures. The operator must ensure that they meet the customer specifications and the department production standards.

Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Set up and run folding machines • Work with various glue system • Operate various format folding machines including set up and running the machine • Package & label Jobs for dispatch • Follow quality procedures & SOP’s - perform quality checks throughout runs • Complete maintenance of the machines and perform scheduled PMs on machines to ensure optimum performance • Complete machine set ups and changeovers • Complete machine troubleshooting and resolve issues where possible • Any other duties and responsibilities management deem appropriate from time to time

Education & Experience: • Similar experience desirable but not essential Skills & Knowledge: • Must possess the ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Must be able to work in a team environment • Ability to make and read measurements • Ability to read, understand and carry out written instructions
