Bartender

Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:

- Providing a seamless, rapid service - Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager - Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget - Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month - Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

- Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career - Be open and communicative - Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry - Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations - Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together

Contract Details

- Fixed-term contract: 2 months - Contract dates: 02 November 2026 to 04 January 2027 - Hours: 21 hours per week

Working Pattern

- Friday: 14:30 – 23:00 - Saturday: 14:30 – 23:00 - Sunday: 17:00 – 23:00
