Warehouse/Yard Maintenance Employee

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and dependable Warehouse/Yard Maintenance Employee to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment while supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and can work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and yard areas

- Load, unload, and move materials as needed

- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely

- Assist with inventory organization and material

- Remove debris, sweep, and perform general upkeep of Warehouse/Yard

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

- Support team with general labor tasks

Qualifications:

- Must be reliable and dependable

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment preferred

- Forklift experience is required

- Valid driver’s license required

Schedule:

- Monday–Friday (some overtime may be required)
