Details about the Dining Room Server position we are hiring for: Whether you are just starting your culinary career or a seasoned server, our Dining Room is the place to be! Our servers are responsible for delivering meals to our residents and guests in a timely manner and on a schedule. Take meal orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages according to community service standards. Assist residents with menu selections when needed. Monitor resident satisfaction throughout meal service and respond to requests promptly. Develop positive relationships with residents and their families. Dining Room Operations Set and reset dining room tables according to established standards. Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked. Clear tables and transport dishes to the kitchen. Assist with meal preparation tasks as assigned. Maintain beverage stations and condiment supplies. Participate in special events, holiday meals, and catering functions. Safety and Compliance Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Adhere to infection control practices and community policies. Handle resident dietary restrictions and special meal requests appropriately. Report safety concerns, accidents, or incidents to management immediately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Teamwork Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, caregivers, and management. Attend departmental meetings and required training sessions. Assist coworkers during busy meal periods. Perform other duties as assigned.
