Practice Manager | Orthopedics and Sports Medicine | Memorial Medical Group

Responsible for the overall operations of the orthopedics office by developing and implementing consistent guidelines/policies for the office. Develops and implement short- and long-term work plans. Will be responsible for one practice located in Marysville. Works with the Director of Physician Practices to develop an office budget and manages the office within that budget. Works collaboratively with the other physician offices to ensure continuity among the corporation. Provides leadership for the office team, evaluates staff, resolves conflicts, works as a liaison between MMG and the physicians when needed.
