Food Service Worker | Food and Nutrition | Full Time | Memorial Health

What You'll Do:

- Assists with food service and preparation for all service areas (e.g., portions food in advance and on tray line, grills burgers, etc.), operates/utilizes kitchen and café equipment (e.g. steam table, toaster, etc.) to complete the task; ensures sanitary condition of food areas.

- Operates equipment (e.g. dish machine, pulper, tray accumulator, etc.) to wash dishes. Relocates food, supplies and dishes to designated areas. Cleans dining area tables and empties trash bins as needed.

- Completes the daily sanitation for scheduled position. Restock work area with food and paper supplies. Operates cash register and makes change for purchases in the café when scheduled to staff a café position.

What You'll Bring:

Ability to portion and service food, wash dishes and utensils, observe warning labels, perform basic arithmetic, and operate kitchen equipment.
