Survey Regional Manager - RPLS Addison

The Survey Regional Manager provides leadership for surveying operations business growth, client development, and team performance for a particular office. This role is accountable for driving strategic business development, expanding and strengthening key client relationships, and leading multidisciplinary survey teams to deliver high-quality services safely, efficiently, and profitably. The Survey Regional Manager works closely with senior leadership to align regional operations with firmwide objectives, advance market presence, and ensure consistent execution of project, financial, and talent development goals.
