About the role
About the Client
Our client is a mobile, on-demand consumer service company that brings a convenient, at-your-door installation service directly to customers — eliminating the hassle of DIY work or driving to a shop. They operate a direct-to-consumer marketing model, using digital funnels, paid social advertising, and CRM-driven customer journeys to drive bookings and repeat business. As a lean, fast-moving small business, the founder/leadership team relies on digital marketing and website execution to be handled proactively and independently by a trusted right hand.
Why does this role exist?
As a lean, direct-to-consumer business, this company depends on its website, funnels, and CRM running seamlessly to drive bookings — but leadership doesn't have the bandwidth to manage the day-to-day execution of pages, campaigns, and automations themselves. This role exists to be the hands-on operator of that digital infrastructure: building and maintaining GoHighLevel funnels and landing pages, keeping CRM pipelines and automations clean, and turning research and ad-hoc requests into clear, actionable summaries. The right person will function as an extension of leadership — reliable, communicative, and comfortable owning execution independently.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Funnel Management
- Build, update, and maintain website pages, funnels, and landing pages within GoHighLevel. - Ensure pages are accurate, on-brand, and functioning correctly across devices. - Make timely updates as promotions, offers, or content needs change.
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Operate and maintain the GoHighLevel CRM, including campaigns, automations, and pipelines. - Manage and organize client data within the CRM to keep records clean and accurate. - Monitor automations and campaigns to ensure they're running as intended.
Research & Executive Support
- Conduct research on relevant topics as directed and prepare clear summaries with actionable next steps. - Support ad-hoc projects and requests that come up day to day.
Reporting & Communication
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports on work completed and in progress. - Attend feedback sessions and incorporate direction quickly into ongoing work. - Coordinate day-to-day communication and urgent items via WhatsApp.
Content & Creative Support
- Create basic graphics and simple video edits using Canva and similar tools to support campaigns and website content. - Support paid advertising efforts across Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) — specifically website and funnel development (non-negotiable) - Experience building and maintaining landing pages, funnels, or website content in a marketing or CRM platform - Comfort managing CRM pipelines, campaigns, and automations independently - Strong written communication skills for reporting and async coordination - Ability to work reliably during US business hours
Your superpowers are...
- Technical:
- GoHighLevel platform fluency (pages, funnels, pipelines, automations, campaigns) - Comfort with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail for daily organization - Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva or similar) - Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (nice to have) - Comfort with task management/time tracking tools (e.g., Magic Workspace)
- Soft Skills:
- Self-directed — able to execute independently without heavy oversight - Clear, proactive communicator, especially over WhatsApp for time-sensitive items - Detail-oriented, especially with website accuracy, data hygiene, and reporting - Comfortable in a small, fast-moving business environment where priorities can shift quickly
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up. - Internet speed of at least 40MBPS - Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam - Back-up computer and internet connection - Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
You should apply if...
- You genuinely enjoy being the person who keeps the digital engine running — funnels built, CRM clean, campaigns humming — without needing to be micromanaged. - You're comfortable being a trusted extension of leadership, taking a request and running with it, then reporting back clearly on what got done. - You like variety in your day, moving between website builds, research tasks, and quick creative work, and you communicate proactively rather than waiting to be asked for a status update. - You thrive in a small, direct-to-consumer business where your work has a visible, immediate impact.
