Mechanical Technician ( Utilities and product handling)

Requirements: • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • Minimum 6 years of mechanical maintenance experience. • Experience in utilities, fertilizer, power plant, port, cement, mining, or heavy industrial plant. Key Responsibilities: • *Maintain cooling towers, boilers, air compressors, diesel engines, pumps, valves, and gearboxes*. • Maintain conveyors, reclaimers, ship loaders, storage tanks, and product handling systems. • Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance. • Carry out equipment inspection, repair, alignment, and overhauling. • Follow PTW, LOTO, and HSE procedures. • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating and static mechanical equipment. • Maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, turbines, valves, vessels, exchangers and piping. • Carry out equipment installation, removal and reinstallation activities. • Read and understand mechanical drawings, isometrics and datasheets. • Inspect work quality and rectify identified mechanical faults.
