About the role

Job Description & Skill Requirement: Key Responsibilities • Develop equipment BOMs and establish equipment-to-material relationships using OEM manuals, drawings, SPIR/SPIL packages, vendor data, existing records, and approved technical inputs. • Analyze P&IDs, equipment drawings, sectional drawings, datasheets, parts catalogs, recommended spare-parts lists, and existing CMMS/BOM structures. • Identify maintainable components, spare parts, consumables, manufacturer names, model numbers, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, units of measure, and equipment applicability. • Validate material descriptions, specifications, manufacturer references, interchangeability, substitutions, and duplicate-material risk. • Support material master enrichment by identifying missing attributes, ambiguous descriptions, catalog gaps, and required technical clarification. • Prepare BOM load templates, equipment-material linkage files, cross-reference logs, source traceability, exception registers, and control reports. • Perform BOM completeness, uniqueness, consistency, format, applicability, and referential-integrity checks. • Coordinate with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, and client stakeholders to resolve technical and material-data exceptions. • Work with the Asset Hierarchy and Maintenance Build specialists to ensure BOMs support the approved technical object and maintenance strategy structures. • Support pre-load review, post-load verification, defect correction, approval, and final handover. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of SAP PM/MM, equipment BOM, spare-parts, material master, or maintenance data experience. • Hands-on experience developing equipment BOMs and equipment-to-material linkages for industrial assets. • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, equipment drawings, parts catalogs, datasheets, and vendor documents. • Experience analyzing existing CMMS BOM structures and identifying gaps, duplicates, obsolete records, and incorrect linkages. • Proficiency in project execution, teamwork, client relationship management, and technical review workshops. • Advanced Excel skills for large-data manipulation, matching, reconciliation, and exception reporting. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM/MM and mass-load tools. • Knowledge of spare-parts optimization, interchangeability, critical spares, and material master governance. • Experience in LNG, oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, process, or heavy industrial facilities. • Experience supporting CMMS builds, material cleansing, data migration, or catalog enrichment programs. Core Capabilities • Strong proficiency in project management, planning, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery governance. • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams. • Excellent client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, OEM manuals, engineering drawings, equipment datasheets, equipment lists, and vendor documentation. • Ability to analyze existing maintenance strategies, CMMS structures, data quality, and build maturity, and recommend practical improvements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Qualification: • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, or a related discipline.
