OUR ROLE

Our Tea Tree Plaza store is one of our premium locations, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the floor, developing the team, and delivering operational excellence.

If you have retail sales experience in retail, fashion, apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.

• Lead by example on the floor, reaching sales targets • Coach and support the team's performance, day to day • Help keep visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards 'on point' • Step up and run the store in your Store Manager's absence • Build genuine relationships that keep bringing our customers back.
