Shift Supervisor (nights)

You will lead shift operations to safely deliver production targets and customer requirements You will drive compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards Further, you will manage and develop production team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback Monitoring and improving productivity, efficiency, and labour performance across the shift will be part of your role You will identify and resolve operational issues to minimise downtime and maintain output You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams to optimise plant performance Further, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve processes Communicating shift performance, key issues, and priorities through accurate reporting and effective handovers will be part of your role
