Maintenance Supervisor - Electro / Mechanical (nights)

You will lead, supervise, and support the Maintenance Night Shift Team, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently You will plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across all plant equipment and facilities Further you will ensure machinery and equipment are maintained to maximise reliability, performance, and uptime Overseeing fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems will be part of your role You will provide technical support and guidance to both the Maintenance and Production teams Further you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency Ensuring compliance with Health Safety legislation, company policies, and safe working practices will be part of your role You will manage maintenance records, schedules, contractors, and maintenance-related documentation
