Contract Logistics Clerk

We’re looking for a skilled Contract Logistics Clerk, to play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in logistics and transportation, looking to enhance their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment. What you’ll do: Act as the key link between operations, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth execution of logistics processes. Manage daily communication and follow-up with domestic transport suppliers. Oversee supplier availability and evaluate their performance using KPIs and metrics. Handle administrative tasks related to operational follow-up, documentation, and invoicing. Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) to consolidate information and generate reports. Implement and maintain global logistics standards within the company. Conduct periodic warehouse audits to ensure process compliance.
