Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026 Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: Lake Air Products – New Hope Facility Address: 7709 Winpark Drive, New Hope, MN 55427

NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

1. Mechanical Assembly

- Assemble mechanical components and products using blueprints, schematics, hand tools, and power tools. - Inspect, test, and measure completed assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. - Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient production.

2. Punch Press Operator – Level B

- Set up and operate punch press machines with minimal supervision to punch, shape, trim, and form metal materials. - Inspect finished parts for accuracy, make machine adjustments, and ensure proper punch and die clearances. - Maintain equipment, perform basic machine maintenance, and support efficient production operations.

3. Tack Welder / Entry-Level Welder C

- Perform tack welding and basic MIG/TIG welding operations to join metal components according to specifications. - Position, align, clamp, and secure metal parts using blueprints, measuring tools, and welding equipment. - Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to production requirements.

4. Robotic Welder Operator

- Set up and operate robotic welding equipment and fixtures to produce quality welded metal components. - Monitor robotic welding operations, inspect completed welds, and identify defects or quality concerns. - Perform necessary weld touch-ups, adjustments, and rework to ensure finished products meet specifications.
