Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Qualifications

WELDERS – 2nd Shift - 3:30pm to 2am Mon-Thurs

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal components. - Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications. - Set up, position, and weld metal parts using appropriate tools and equipment. - Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required. - Welding experience preferred: Class A (10+ years), Class B (5+ years), or Class C (2+ years). - Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. - Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques and manufacturing safety practices.

PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS – 2nd Shift - 3:30pm to 2am Mon-Thurs

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components. - Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurements. - Set up machines, adjust tooling, and perform bending operations based on experience level. - Inspect completed parts using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required. - Press Brake experience preferred: Class A (5+ years), Class B (3+ years), or Class C (1+ years). - Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. - Knowledge of press brake operations, machine setups, and tooling based on experience level.
