Facilites Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and well-maintained operation of the Association's common-area facilities, equipment, and grounds. Serving as the primary liaison between the Association, its management company, residents, and outside vendors, the Facility Manager supervises the maintenance and groundskeeping staff, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, manages vendor and contractor performance, and supports the Board and management team with recommendations affecting the physical condition and budget of the community's assets. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to represent the Association professionally at all times.
