o Execute physical verification of heavy machinery, equipment, and precision spares upon arrival against invoices, LRs, and packing lists.

o Issue clear, error-free documentation including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Receipt Reports (MRR), Material Issue Notes (MIN), and Inter-Project Material Transfer Notes (BTN).

o Document transit damage or non-conformance immediately and prepare MRICAR (Material Receipt Inspection Cum Acceptance Report) to facilitate vendor invoicing and claims.

- System Record Keeping & Auditing:

- Conduct routine physical and document-based material reconciliation, preparing sub-contractor reconciliation statements as required.

- Generate management information system (MIS) reports regarding stock utilization, consumption patterns, and capital asset monitoring for the Head Office and Project Managers.

- Site Operations Coordination:

- Coordinate daily with execution teams, site engineers, and sub-contractors to authorize material release slips.

- Manage site store operations strictly within secure nuclear site premises, ensuring safety, gate pass compliance, and authorized entry/exit protocol.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

o Education: B.Com / B.A. or a Diploma/Degree in Material Management / Logistics or equivalent

o Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven experience handling site stores or material management specifically within Power, Energy, Infrastructure, or Nuclear sectors. Direct experience working at an NPCIL site is highly preferred.

o Technical Skills: Proficient with SAP, specialized material management software, and intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel for reporting.

- Core Competencies:

o Understanding of strict shelf-life tracking and material preservation.

o High integrity and diligence to strictly follow nuclear facility rules and regulations.
