Manager (MG2) - Crankcase Department - Kagal Manufacturing Business Unit - Kagal

- Responsible for Production function of Crankcase lines in Machine Shop as per S & OP plan in Kagal plant. - Knowledge of machining process, CNC programming, cutting tools ,Quality adherence etc. - Effective utilization of equipment, resources & manpower. - Handling daily production related issues, customer complaints. - Monitoring & implementation of best practices like 5S, Kaizen, Quality circle, Six Sigma, etc. - Planning and arranging cross functional meetings for periodic review of line performance. - Work with supporting departments to resolve day today issues.
