(new) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST

We are currently seeking for a Full-Time Accounting Clerk/Administrative/Customer Service/Data Entry. Flexible hours. Great potential. Qualified candidates must be able to type at least 40 wpm and be a high school graduate. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills are expected. You will report directly to the CIO and play a major role in setting the strategic vision of the firm.

You'll apply management expertise to set direction and resolve problems while identifying ,operational and organizational problems. You'll develop action plans and processes, in coordination with your management team, to meet major goals and objectives. You'll facilitate or perform application support, problem solving, and issue resolution with internal and external resources. You'll contribute and review recommendations for technical solutions. You'll lead and own engagements with software vendors to ensure that code and configuration requirements and deliverables are met.

To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who haS these experiences and job duties and description include the following :

- Minimum of 15 years of proven IT leadership and business experience - Proven ability to think strategically, and to communicate the strategy to a large organization - Proven ability to turn strategy into reality through superior execution - Strong skills in team leadership and building positive customer relationships - Experience in global or multi-branded environments desirable - Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology applications - Must have prior experience managing contractors and vendors - Strong program management skills, with attention to detail with metrics and operational excellence. PMP would be a plus. - Must have a sharp memory and you can carry on prompt replies to messages
