Ecommerce Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday (9am-6:00 pm) Location: Binondo Manila

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the online stores (Shopee and Lazada, Tiktok shop platforms) - Monitors and ensures that all transactions in assigned online platform/s are well monitored (Sales After sales Claims) - Assists in office and other clerical tasks - Obtains and evaluates all relevant information in order to handle inquiries and complaints well - Deals directly with customers via call, text or chat - Assists in the coordination to other departments such as Graphic Design -editing needed banner for Shopee and Lazada - Monitors customer’s feedback and review

Qualifications:

- Must have experience in handling online store operations (both Lazada and Shopee) - Excellent communication skills and customer service skills - We also consider undergraduates who have previous related experience. - Business-minded and good at creating selling strategies. - Able to handle customers well.
