E-Commerce Officer

The Ecommerce Officer is a cross-functional position that is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring our client’ ecommerce online platforms. The successful candidate will build and direct a team of ecommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute ecommerce solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and driving sales to the client’ online platforms - Orchestrates aspects of the ecommerce and marketing strategy for the brand. - Collaborate with internal team of ecom handlers to make online platform optimizations and adjustments to monitor sales performance and store metrics - Allocate tasks, set goals, monitor KPI and performance of each team - Collaborating with clients, online platforms and other stakeholders - Conduct alignment meeting and monitor live schedules - Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly report checking

Job Description:

- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. - Has excellent interpersonal skills - Must have extensive knowledge of ecommerce platforms and strategies (Shopee,Lazada,Tiktok shop) - Must be a proven leader with experience both managing teams
