Training Manager - Corporate

Provide overall leadership and direction to location training staff while ensuring an exceptional safety culture with KTA location(s). Lead and direct the and training program for fixed-route, commuter and/or paratransit services. Fill in for location training managers as needed. Responsible for implementation of a training program consistent with contract, corporate, federal, and state requirements. Provides general supervision and guidance to safety and training personnel. Responsible for oversight of special projects.
