Dispatcher - Reno

Role purpose: The Dispatcher is directly responsible for the daily dispatch of operators and buses based on service levels, staffing and bus availability ensuring that all scheduled route work is assigned and covered. The position is also responsible for daily accurate utilization of extra board resources consistent with staffing levels and service demands. This is a 24/7 operation and flexibility in shift scheduling and coverage is an important component of this position. The selected candidate must have the ability to interact in a positive supportive manner whether checking people in or explaining an operating policy and procedure or giving instructions.
