Director of Operations - Corporate

To enhance regional operations leadership by supporting oversight of operating properties and driving consistent execution of operational and performance improvement initiatives. This role bridges the Operations and Performance departments by ensuring action plans and improvement strategies generated by KNA Performance and Operations leadership are successfully implemented at the property level. The role supports General Managers (GMs) and clients/partners, strengthens operational consistency, and enhances contract performance across sites, while also tackling special projects aligned with KNA’s strategic plans.
